Tanoa Properties started with a simple frustration: too much of the overseas property market sells a postcard and delivers a spreadsheet. We wanted to do the opposite — to build honest, well-made homes in places with real character, and to be straight with the people who invest in them.
Our approach
We work small on purpose. Low-density projects, chosen locations, architecture that respects the land it sits on. We partner with independent legal and technical advisors so our buyers get the full story, and we present numbers as scenarios — because that’s what they are.
Right now that means Bali’s quiet west coast. Next, it might mean somewhere else entirely. The standard travels with us.
